KOFFIE on the bone, is our Swartland black plum, savoury & silk infusion with rich roasted vanilla and coffee extracts. It is our way of describing the perfect balanced braai in a wine.

There are many renditions of this type of Pinotage wine in South Africa, but there are few who can actually claim to be master blenders and who know how to work with French oak vs wine extract and phenols. It is science vs the art of blending vs the unique wine terroir. The Swartland is one third of the secret of making this kind of wine. The other 2 thirds is skill, timing and taste.
